History
Moxie was founded in April 2000 by Kris Pinto, an Atlanta marketing and advertising professional. The agency quickly expanded and, later that same year, relocated from Pinto's home to an office in the Zonolite Road business district. In 2005, Moxie's growing workforce demanded larger quarters, which it found at the Northyards Complex, a 1920s railway station transformed into a business campus.
In 2006, Moxie was acquired by Zenith Media Services, a London-based company that is part of Publicis Groupe's global network of agencies. In 2011, Moxie Interactive changed its name to Moxie to reflect its expansive offering of both traditional and digital services and solutions.
In August 2013, Moxie acquired Atlanta-based Engauge Marketing, a digital agency with a social practice. In March 2014, Engauge and Moxie united under the Moxie name.
