Mark Charles Merenda (born September 13, 1950) is the author of articles and books, including Satan's Harvest published by Dell with co-author Michael Lasalandra in 1990 and made into a movie in 1995 The Possession of Michael D. (1995) (TV).

Reporting background
Merenda began as a newspaper reporter with the Woburn Daily Times (Woburn, Massachusetts) in 1975 and spent five years with The New York Times Company (1980-85). Merenda later reported internationally for The Miami News from 1988 to 1989. As Editor, he published The Express in Naples, Florida. Merenda began his marketing career as Marketing Director and then President of Fischer International Systems Corp., a computer software company from 1991 to 1994.
